Terms of Service

Terms may vary per product so please check assets to see what you can use them for.

Models

• You can use my models in any way you want. They were made for vrchat but you can upload them to other vr games if you know how to(as long as you're not claiming the work is yours).
• You may edit the model in any way you see fit.
• Do not claim the avatar as your own.
• Any assets or textures on the avatar do not reuse on any other models. You must purchase them from the original creators.
• You may use the avatar in streams. You don't have to promote it if you don't want to.
• If you modify the model and it breaks I am not accountable nor do I have to help. I can try if I'm not busy to see what happened but my models are complex so I may not be able to fix it.
• Do not share, leak, resell, pricesplit or make public.
• If you bought the avatar for someone it is best to just send them the money and they buy it but if you end up buying it and hand them over the files you must delete the files from your computer because they are no longer yours.
• Same goes for uploading it to someone else account, that is considered a gift and you no longer own rights to the avatar.
• This is a digital product. There is no refunds.

Do not break these rules or you will be blacklisted and banned from buying my products and banned from my server.

Assets

• All assets can be used on any platform.
• Must credit me if using any assets to sell or using in another game that is being sold. (Discord: kahtay)
• Even if you heavy edit an item, it is not yours. You must still credit me.
• Do not share, leak, or pricesplit.
• Normally all assets can be used on publics but my assets will state if you can put them on publics. Ask if unsure.
• This is a digital product. There is no refunds.
